Lead Designer, Hyperakt
Logan comes to Hyperakt with a passion for the intersection of visual design and strategy. Prior to Hyperakt, Logan worked on user experience and design for mobile apps at an innovation consultancy, where he found an interest in the adaptation side of problem solving. He loves the satisfaction that comes from translating “foggy” problems into brilliant design solutions that may not have been evident at the beginning.
Growing up, Logan’s industrial designer father was a huge influence on his creative ambitions. With varied interests in writing, journalism, and hand-drawn lettering and type, Logan graduated with a BFA in Visual Communications Design from Kent State University, where he was awarded Portfolio of Distinction out of his graduating class.
Logan hails from the small town of Ashland, Ohio, known throughout the world as the headquarters of nice people. In true Midwest fashion, Logan married his high school sweetheart and they now reside in Park Slope. Logan enjoys running, finding turtles in Prospect Park, and spotting fellow Midwesterners on the subway (by their friendly demeanor).
